Cindy’s Pilates is hands down the best thing you could do for your body. There are so many workouts that you try out once and never go back to, Cindy's studio is the complete opposite. You keep coming back for several reasons: first, your body changes immediately...give it a few classes and you will see a difference, second, Cindy is amazing -- as an instructor, as a friend, she is inspiring in every way, lastly, the people in class are cool, motivating and just fun to be around...and that all has to do with Cindy's energy. The environment in her studio is so positive, makes you feel wanted as soon as you walk in -- and you leave feeling (and looking) even better. Best workout ever, Thank you Cindy.
