I have been attending Cindy’s Pilates for more than 6 years and it is by far the best workout that I have ever had. Cindy cares for her students and ensures they get the best workout possible. She is careful in working with people with injuries and ensures that they are performing the exercises correctly. I have had 2 back surgeries and Pilates has allowed me to remain pain free, as well as assist me in strengthening my core to prevent future injury. I have been to several studios across the state and none come close to the friendly atmosphere and incredible workout that I receive from Cindy and team.
