I joined Cindy's Pilates 5 years ago as a newcomer to Pilates and fell in love with the exercise. It has greatly improved my body awareness, flexibility, and strength. Cindy not only makes working out fun but she encourages and motivates you to perform to your full potential. She truly cares about each and every client of hers and their overall well being. Cindy taught me the correct technique to achieve the maximum results and thanks to her I was in the best shape of my life on my wedding day. I am forever grateful!
