I have been going to Cindy's studio since I moved to Dallas from the UK Dallas 7 month ago.  I have been practising Stott's Pilate's for 7 years and was unbelievably excited to find a local studio that offered this specific discipline.  I had spent many years trying all sorts of exercise and many types of Pilate's with mixed results but once I tried Stott's there was no going back.  Cindy's has blown all my expectations out of the water and I can say it is the best studio I have attended, including a top London studio.  Cindy's offers a large range of classes using a wide variety of modern equipment.  No two classes are the same and there is no chance of being bored, I am usually amazed that a class is over which is a great thing to say when you are working your hardest.  Even in group classes the instructors manage to provide one on one attention.  The instructors will push you to your limits and know each individuals issues and aims, there is no chance of laziness!!  But that is one of the big things I enjoy.  As well as being a fantastic workout the studio is also incredibly friendly, welcoming and dare I say fun.  I didn't know anyone in the USA when I walked in and I now count many people as close friends and feel part of a caring community.  There is a strong sense of camaraderie which can be essential during a tough class!

I feel so lucky to have discovered Cindy’s Pilates.  Over the years I have started and stopped many different workout programs.  I have been going to Cindy’s for over a year and am never disappointed.  The instructors are amazing and even in a group class I get the one on one attention I need.  Classes with Cindy are always challenging, even after doing Pilates for over a year I know that Cindy will find a way to work me harder.  It’s like having a personal trainer in a class setting.  I love Cindy’s Pilates. I can finally give up my gym membership; I have found a studio that holds my interest!

I have been taking classes at Cindy's Pilates for at least six years now and can't believe I didn't discover her studio sooner!! Pilates has become my healthy fix that I can't imagine ever living without thanks to the studio.  The instructors are extremly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They help you discover muscles and strength you never knew you had, all the while increasing flexibilty, posture, and fluidity of the body. I believe I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life and I swear my body says "Thank You" after each class because I feel that good afterwards! Thank you Cindy's Pilates!!!!!!

Cindy’s Pilates is hands down the best thing you could do for your body. There are so many workouts that you try out once and never go back to, Cindy's studio is the complete opposite. You keep coming back for several reasons: first, your body changes immediately...give it a few classes and you will see a difference, second, Cindy is amazing -- as an instructor, as a friend, she is inspiring in every way, lastly, the people in class are cool,  motivating and just fun to be around...and that all has to do with Cindy's energy. The environment in her studio is so positive, makes you feel wanted as soon as you walk in -- and you leave feeling (and looking) even better. Best workout ever, Thank you Cindy.

I joined Cindy's Pilates 5 years ago as a newcomer to Pilates and fell in love with the exercise. It has greatly improved my body awareness, flexibility, and strength. Cindy not only makes working out fun but she encourages and motivates you to perform to your full potential. She truly cares about each and every client of hers and their overall well being.  Cindy taught me the correct technique to achieve the maximum results and thanks to her I was in the best shape of my life on my wedding day. I have been attending Cindy’s Pilates for more than 6 years and it is by far the best workout that I have ever had.  Cindy cares for her students and ensures they get the best workout possible.  She is careful in working with people with injuries and ensures that they are performing the exercises correctly.  I have had 2 back surgeries and Pilates has allowed me to remain pain free, as well as assist me in strengthening my core to prevent future injury.  I have been to several studios across the state and none come close to the friendly atmosphere and incredible workout that I receive from Cindy and team.
