Cindy Gegax - Owner/Operator, Instructor Cindy Gegax started her physical fitness training in 1996, coaching swim lessons. She has practiced 9 years of gymnastics, 4 years of dance, 6 years of swimming and water polo, and has been a personal trainer since 2004. Cindy has been trained by the Stott Method in the essential, intermediate and advanced Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector, and has attended various workshops through Stott. |

Angie Smith - Instructor With 15 years experience as a personal trainer and fitness industry, her certifications include personal trainer (ACE , Parillo, Pi-Yo), bodysculting, ashtanga yoga, and functional training). She always strives to reach a clients personal best with enthusiasm, knowledge and motivation. After being introduced to the Stott reformer, it brought a a balance of all aspects of her training thus far. In a way that brought more creativity for strenthenging and flexibility. Now with her additional training in Stott cadillac, barrels, chair and small apparatus it has fine tuned her skills in a highly effective discipline. She enjoys seeing the results of clients whether it's in classes or private lessions regardless of age and level. |

Tori Levine - Instructor Following an automobile accident that necessitated two spinal surgeries, Tori Levine began fitness and rehabilitation at a traditional workout facility and during that time happened upon a class in Pilates. While Tori had participated in various sports and the like since high school, Pilates resonated with her at a completely new level and was strikingly helpful with her fitness, recovery, and emotional well being. Pilates created in Tori a passion and enthusiasm that evolved into training in Stott Pilates, a premier endeavor developed over decades by professionals in physical therapy, sports medicine, and fitness professionals. Since that time, Tori has trained in the Stott Method in the essential, intermediate and advanced in the following Stott repertoire: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector. Pilates has brought to Tori an unprecedented joy in her life and she earnestly encourages others to experience, and she has often witnessed, the beneficial and sometimes profound impact that Pilates has to offer. |
